You Improve your website speed by using caching system. Caching system used to boost the loading speed of your WordPress website.

You can analyse your website loading speed by using online Tools like GT Metrix Tools or Pingdom. If your Website Loading Slow then you need to Improve it for SEO Purpose, In this tutorial I will tell you step by step complete guide to how you can improve your website loading speed with WP Super Cache Plugin.

So Friends! As we all know WordPress is the top most popular blogging platform nowadays because there are many plugin tool available to easily optimize your blog as yourself. There are two most popular caching plugins are available on wordpress which help you to improve the loading speed of your website, first WP Super Cache and second W3 Total cache. You can use any of them and other as yourself, Both plugins are very popular. But in this tutorial I will only focus on WP Super Cache Settings. We also use WP Super Cache Plugin to Improve Performance of our Website.

What is Cache System ?

Cache is a great technique to speed up your website or blog, any cache system is a software component which store your data in cache memory and when you request for that data which is stored in cache memory then it can be served fast and quickly. The cache system serve your requested data as static files which improve the loading time from server. you can improve your website loading speed by using cache system. So let’s go to know how to properly configure WP Super Cache Plugin to enable cache system on your blog and speedup your website.

How to Configure WP Super Cache Plugin – 2018

In this tutorial i will tell you recommended setting of WP Super Cache Plugin

Step#1- First Go to Plugin>>Add New Plugin Search WP Super Cache and Install and Activate This Plugin.

Step#2- After Activated Go to Settings>>WP Super Cache. Now you will see the WP Super Cache Dashboard.

Step#1 – Under the WP Super Cache Dashboard, You can see 7 options.

  • Easy.
  • Advance.
  • CDN.
  • Contents.
  • Preload.
  • Plugins.
  • Debug.

Here I am telling you step by step how do you configure the super cache Plugin. Let’s Started to Configure WP Super Cache Plugin.

1.Easy

In this Option make sure “Caching On” option and Click “Update Status.

2. Advance

There are lots of settings in this section so just configure the settings which I’m telling about, and leave other settings default.

-Caching

  • Make sure that “Enable Caching” is checked.

-Cache Delivery Method

  • Select “Simple (Recommended).

-Miscellaneous 

  • Checked “Don’t cache pages for known users“.
  • Checked “Compress pages so they’re served more quickly to visitors“.
  • Make Sure “Cache rebuild. Serve a super cache file to anonymous users while a new file is being generated” is checked.
  • Checked “304 Not Modified browser caching. Indicate when a page has not been modified since it was last requested (Recommended)”.

  • Make Sure that “Mobile device support” and “Extra homepage checks” are checked and leave all option default.

3. CDN

If you are using CDN (Content Delivery network) I recommend you to Enable “Enable CDN Support“. If not leave it default. i am showing our blog settings in below image.

4. Content

In this section you can Regenerate the content cache stats by default WP Super Cache Plugin are not automatically generated you can do this by simply click on “Regenerate cache stats“.

Now your are done! other option like Preload, Plugins and Debug is not important, so you leave it default.
